REFUND POLICY
100% Refunds
We are liable to refund the full amount paid by you for your orders with us in below circumstances:

- If Live/On-Demand/Pre-Recorded webinar is cancelled by ‘CompliancEducator’ due to circumstances beyond our control like technical issues, natural calamities, or issues at speaker’s end.
- If you cancel your order within 48 hours from the scheduled time of Live/On-Demand/Pre-Recorded. No refunds will be made if your request for cancellation us made less than before 48 hours of the scheduled time of webinar.
- If you cancel your order for DVD or Flash Drives before they are shipped.
Partial Refunds
For combo deals that include various product formats such as DVDs, live webinars, pre-recorded webinars, PDF transcripts, digital downloads, or any other available products, partial refunds are applicable. If you decide to cancel the entire combo order, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for the combo. However, if you have already utilized or intend to use one or two products from the combo deal, the cost of those specific products will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded from the total price of the combo you paid. This ensures that you are charged only for the products you have used or intend to use, while the rest of the amount is reimbursed to you.
No Refunds

- Refunds are not available for ‘No Show’ instances during the live webinar. However, if you are unable to attend the live session, you have the option to switch to the recorded format. To do so, kindly notify us via phone or email at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the live webinar.
- For DVD & Flash Drive Orders, once DVDs and Flash Drives have been shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.
- No Cancellation will be offered for Digital Downloads, Broadcasts, and Transcripts after the fulfilment is done.
CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- CompliancEducator has the rights to cancel any Live/On-Demand/Pre-Recorded at short notice due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- CompliancEducator reserves the rights to postpone any Live/On-Demand/Pre-Recorded webinar at short notice.
- You can cancel your order 48 hours before the scheduled time of the Live/On-Demand webinar.
- You can request for swap or exchange of your order of webinar with some other topic if available with us at our site. Below conditions will be applied for such exchanges: -
- If the price of the product to be exchanged is equivalent to the price of the product ordered, then no extra amount will be charged.
- If the price of the product to be exchanged is more than the price of the product ordered than difference in the price needs to be paid by customer
- If the price of the product to be exchanged is less than the price of the product ordered, then CompliancEducator will return the difference of the amount to the customer. (Please contact our support team to initiate the swap or exchange process, and they will guide you through the necessary steps.)
- Cancellation is not possible for products that have already been utilized by the client, shipped to the client, or downloaded by the client through the links provided by CompliancEducator. In such cases, please refer to our refund policy or contact our support team for further assistance regarding your specific situation.
