CompliancEducator retains ownership of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the CompliancEducator Product/Material/Content, including any data, technical information and know-how provided to Customer. Customer agrees that s/he must obtain CompliancEducator’ prior written consent before it.

• Copy any of CompliancEducator material
• use any recording equipment (including, but not limited to, audio recorders, video recorders, and cameras) during the audio conference or CompliancEducator. use CompliancEducator trademarks, trade names, logo or other designations in any promotion or publication. The term CompliancEducator Material/Product shall mean to include all products/materials that you purchase from CompliancEducator Websites and/or al information you get access to upon purchase of those products/materials.

Subject to payment of respective CompliancEducator Product/Material/Content fee, CompliancEducator will grant to each of Customer

• A non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and
• A non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all CompliancEducator Material/Product.

CompliancEducator Material/Product shall not be used for commercial purposes nor shall be exploited to create derivative work. To understand the complete usage terms or if you have specific query regarding usage of CompliancEducator Material/Product.
